• Pregnant and expectant mothers: Please be advised that we are unable to offer massage treatments. This is due to our insurance and the regulations regarding our therapist's qualifications.

• Payment for services is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.

• Gift vouchers issued by Chantara Thai Massage & Spa are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
